RESEARCH
The research is conducted using the ethnographic method. It is designed and carried out to obtain information that enables us to generate a robust analysis for gaining insights that facilitate decision-making. Some of the methods used include interviews, surveys, focus groups, virtual communities, card sorting, etc
DATA ANALYSIS
Once all the information from the research is obtained, it is analyzed to generate different types of deliverables, such as: Customer profiles or clusters, Value proposition, Customer Journey Maps, and Process mapping, among others.
