Strategic Design
WHAT IS SERVICE DESIGN?
Strategic design and service design are tools used to make user-centered decisions. Strategic design aligns design with long-term business goals, while service design focuses on enhancing customer experiences. Both approaches employ design thinking methodology.
MY EXPERIENCE
I do strategic planning for the execution of service and strategic design projects. I design and coordinate ethnographic research, data analysis, user-centered design deliverables and workshops. I have worked for 12 industry sectors in at least 50 different projects, with Haptica SAS and Firma Brand. Some clients I worked for are: National land agency of Colombia, Colombian Ministry of Mines and Energy, OMA, Acierto, Cruz Verde, Port of Cartagena, Davivivienda Bank and Paycomet among others.
Additionally, I served as an ethnography and strategic design lecturer for companies, and universities such as Los Andes University, Sergio Arboleda University, Icon University in México and Davivienda Bank.
